We start with a pendulum assessment to assess your chakras carefully through the different swings and shapes the pendulum takes. We can have a better understanding of what areas need support & that is where the crystal grid will be placed. Starting with Reiki infused massage through the muscles surrounding the spinal chakras and the shoulders that carry stress; Gentle Swedish strokes with warm oil for deep relaxation. A crystal grid is carefully placed through your chakras while aromatherapy calmly soothes the senses. A must try for anyone sensitive to energy and needing to relax.
