Retreat Itinerary & activities
Day 1 Pickup from Cabo San Lucas Intl' airport
Arrival from airport;
settle into your rooms & familiarize yourself with the ranch. Walk to the beach, enjoy fresh snacks from our chef, and decompress in the gorgeous jungle of Mexico. We will enjoy a delicious dinner together before resting for the night.
Arrival time for airport pickup Wednesday, Oct. 29th are 1pm.
Pack light, be ready for beach time, delicious food, and lots of relaxation before ceremony day!
Day 3 Altar Building in Todos Santos
Our third day will be spent embracing the slow living lifestyle of Mexican culture. We will go to town and join the community in altar building. Together we will decorate the town center to prepare for the Dia de los Muertos festival.

We will have breakfast together before heading to the town center. Chef sky will prepare all our meals and snacks. We will come back to el rancho in the evening and close the day with a nighttime fire pit
Day 5 Spa Day & El Mirador Sunset Dinner
After guiding many ceremonies and examining my close relationship to our plant allies- REST is the number one thing needed after a big trip. This helps your neural pathways reconnect more effectively.
Sacred sweating is a practice used to clear energy and manifest future energies. We will spend most of the day receiving massages and ayurvedic treatments to recover. Delicious sunset dinner afterwards inside one of the most beautiful restaurants in Todos Santos.
Evening sunset Dinner at "El Mirador" restaurant to gently finish our evening. Fire pit under the stars and storytelling before resting for departures in the morning.
Post retreat integration care package
Integration is key to success after your "peak experience" with us. With your return home, you will have a month's supply of microdosing capsules ready to continue therapy. This can be picked up (or shipped to you) in Safe Space Bodywork downtown with Ms. Tiffany.
One 1hr massage session is also included post retreat. Please schedule online or talk to Ms. Tiffany to schedule your dates.
it is encouraged you continue somatic therapy post retreat. whatever that looks like to you, please reach out to a facilitator if you need any support or encouragement when you return home.
Day 2 Yacht, Beach Time & Lunch
Our second day will be spent the majority of the time on a luxury yacht exploring all the best beaches La Paz has to offer. We will have exclusive access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world including Balandra & Espiritu Island. October is the warmest time of the year where you will have the option to swim with sea lions. We might spot whales or dolphins- the sea life is rich in this area!

We will have breakfast together before heading to La Paz marina. Lunch will be served on the yacht. The sunsets are so special in this area. Supper will be served in the evening after arriving back to the ranch.
Day 4 Ceremony Day & Día De Los Muertos Celebration
After a light breakfast we will prepare for ceremony at noon. Bring any special items to decorate our altar and set intentions together, or privately before beginning our trip. Around 6pm we will head to town for the Dia De Los Muertos festival and enjoy the pueblo of Todos Santos

I'm happy to curate your dose accordingly. The festival in the evening is optional. We all feel differently after a plant ceremony. the property is safe and your facilitators will take care of you in the entirety of this trip.
Day 6 Departures & Goodbyes
Leaving is always the hardest. Know that your will leave empowered and supported. Ready to accomplish goals set into motion for completion. The support from our community practitioners is always available through different tools, services, and gatherings. Continue integrating all you've learned. Grow at your own pace with the support you need to thrive.

**Pickup from airport; all transportation during the retreat will be inside a luxury sprinter van and private chauffer that will keep us all together throughout our trip activities until drop off time for airport departures.
Día de Los Muertos ceremony & plant medicine journey. We will have a very special evening ceremony with los niños santos with the intention of honoring ourselves and the elements which keep us thriving. We will take time for prayer, taking time for connecting to our ancestors and loved ones who have crossed over.
Mexican cuisine; all nourishment is provided throughout the retreat. Curated with love and utmost intention; WE ARE MINDFUL OF ALL ALLERGIES / FOOD PRIORITIES- menu is adjusted per request.
Post ceremony the following afternoon, we have a relaxation day in the world famous Desert Spa inside Villa La Estancia Cabo. One hour massage & two hours to soak. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy tubs...it is one of my favorite places to soak, heal, and decompress my entire body.
Exploration and play time. Private luxury yacht with snorkeling options; we will visit some of the most beautiful beaches in La Paz where you will have time to decompress, enjoy the comfort and beauty, while exploring nature and getting in touch with your inner child.

Rooms can be shared for a split cost. Each guest will have their own bed; you will share a room, bathroom, and shower. Only two people per room. This retreat is a small group setting of 12 people maximum including facilitators.
