A longer session with room to work on more areas or focus on a troublesome one. Swedish style gentle bodywork to relax, help circulation, and improve overall movement throughout your day. This session is great for pain management and monthly self-care.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes to your appointment must be made 48hrs in advance to avoid the 50% fee of the service booked. Same day cancellations or no-shows are 100% of the service/s booked. If you are a new client, please book as a 'new client' to accommodate enough time and accept your appointment. Please read our website clearly before booking.
