Similar to reiki; this cleanse is focused on clearing energetic overload. Stress, interactions, and emotional strains can weigh heavy on our energy field. Our spine holds so much energy that sends messages across our bodies- this session starts with a pendulum assessment of your energy followed by massage and a crystal grid. Oils and herbs will be used in this session.
