Our first international Retreat! Itinerary still in the works for 2024, to be finalized in November 2023. We will be visiting during Dia De Los Muertos festivities and incorporating the culture into our activities. Small group setting of nine spots with five facilitators. Transportation, activities, and all nourishment provided. We will be lodged in a 25 acre mango farm oasis in the town of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur. WHAT IS INCLUDED? * Pickup from airport and all transportation throughout the retreat in a comfortable luxury sprinter van. Arrival times for airport pickup Wednesday, Oct. 30th are 10am & 4pm. Departure for airport drop off is Sunday, Nov 3rd afternoon 12pm & 3pm. * Lodging four nights; all rooms are shared and on a first come, first serve basis. We have three private rooms available for an extra cost- please contact to reserve. * Health education and reading materials to take home; how the chakras overlap our nervous system and physiology. Best ways to recover naturally when overwhelmed or numb. * Dia de Los Muertos ceremony & plant medicine journey. We will have a very special evening ceremony with los niños santos with the intention of honoring ourselves and the elements which keep us thriving. We will take time for prayer, taking time for connecting to our ancestors and loved ones who have crossed over. * Mexican cuisine; all nourishment provided throughout. Curated with love and utmost intention; we will learn how nutrient and mineral dense foods can help metabolic responses-which can be responsible for "brain fog" or lack of energy and focus. WE ARE MINDFUL OF ALL ALLERGIES / FOOD PRIORITIES- menu is adjusted per request. * Post ceremony relaxation day in the world famous Dessert Spa inside Villa La Estancia Cabo. One hour massage & two hours to soak. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy tubs...it is one of my favorite places to soak, heal, and decompress my entire body. * Exploration and play time. Private yacht with snorkeling options; we will visit some of the most beautiful beaches in La Paz where you will have time to decompress, enjoy the comfort and beauty, while exploring nature and getting in touch with your inner child. * Stay tuned as we continue to develop and curate :)
